By inviting Dmg Bot to your Discord server, interacting with its commands, or linking your account to the web dashboard, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the bot.

Dmg Bot is a Discord productivity, moderation, and community management bot. Its features include:

• Focus & Study Tracking: Pomodoro timers (/dmg), voice channel study hour logging (vcTracker), and competitive study duels (/duel).
• Virtual Companions & Economy: XP accumulation, daily rewards (/daily), virtual pet care (/pet), and item purchasing (/shop).
• AI & Search Services: AI assistance (/ask), live web searches, and safety scanning powered by Google Gemini.
• Moderation & Security: Real time chat filters, voice channel name sanitization, quarantine restrictions, and message audit logging.
• Music Streaming: Streaming audio in voice channels via SoundCloud and supported platforms.

Users may optionally link their Discord account to our web dashboard using the /link command. By linking your profile:

• You authorize Dmg Bot to sync your study statistics, XP balance, and inventory items between Discord and the web platform.
• You agree not to attempt to reverse engineer, exploit, or bypass authentication link tokens.

When using Dmg Bot, you agree not to:

• Exploit System Mechanics: Artificially inflate study hours, idle in voice channels without studying, macro daily claims, or exploit economy/shop bugs.
• Bypass Moderation Filters: Intentionally evade chat filters, channel name restrictions, or automated quarantine roles using zalgo text, special characters, or alternate accounts.
• Misuse Voice & Media Features: Stream inappropriate, NSFW, or illegal media in focus rooms, camera required channels, or art contest event submissions (/event).
• Abuse AI Systems: Spam the AI assistant (/ask) or attempt prompt injection attacks to generate harmful or explicit content.

• No Real World Value: All XP, coins, pet levels, store items, and badges earned or purchased within Dmg Bot are virtual entertainment items.
• Non Transferable: Virtual items cannot be redeemed, sold, or exchanged for real world currency, goods, or services.
• Adjustments: Bot administrators reserve the right to reset or adjust user XP, study hours, or shop inventory in cases of system exploits or monthly study resets.

Dmg Bot is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature (including AI models, music playback, or pet mechanics) at any time without prior notice.

Bot owners and server administrators reserve the right to restrict or block specific users or servers from using Dmg Bot for policy violations.
